Yawn. The old - if we succeed its down to Jim, and if we don't it's all down to the the owners argument. More complicated than that. Personally, I think we underachieved for a few years. But its hard to create a winning team when most of the players change every year - need a set of players to really gel and get a winning habit. You can have a good set of players and a good coach and it still doesn't happen.
Having said that we clearly have far from the best budget / setup this year, and we'll need to improve that to get promoted this year or next.
