I've no doubt he had/has the budget to sign players, I've posted that several times over haven't I?
Some of us think, supported by reasoned arguments over several threads, the budget is insufficient to support the signing of the players we need.
You (or the other one?) think that anyone with that opinion is calling the manager a liar based on this “The budget is there and I’ll be happy spending it soon”. You now are claiming "Gannon has said he has budget to sign players and is happy with it". Did he say that as well are are you putting words into his mouth again?
Next you'll be telling us he has said that he has a budget to sign the players we need to at the very least maintain the quality and size of last season's squad just so you can accuse County fans of calling Gannon a liar.
I know you'll struggle with this rhetorical question but try your best to think it through.
"There is food and I'll be happy eating it."
Based only on that statement does that mean without any doubt there is enough food and if Bob Geldof said there isn't enough food would you say he was calling the mother who said it a liar?
