It's fair to say he isn't learning though. While he isn't a left back, he is a right back by trade. It's not like he's asking Ian Ormson to play there. He's getting caught out of position every game and making stupid mistakes. If players aren't learning, there's no room for them. That goes for any of them. If all Cowan can offer is playing at right back, that isn't enough. He's hardly Trent Alexander-Arnold when he plays there either. |
