I think we ought to be less concerned by individual errors on the day. Itís one of those games where thereís nothing to be gained from it.
Mulhern obviously lost his head for that. He hasnít made the step up. Heíll either get his head in the game, or be down the road in the short term.
Cowan was a decent squad player at National North level, and is now exposed playing a level higher in the wrong position. I can be forgiving of that, because we need a left back. Itís not his fault we donít have the bodies.
Leesley Iíll give the benefit of the doubt to. He came into a side going through a crisis of confidence. He was a hindrance on Saturday, but as above with Mulhern: buck up or heíll be back off to Harrogate fairly quickly.
Keane had his worst game in a County shirt. Heís not in his best position, and heís probably knackered from having just had a baby. Again, I can be forgiving of that.
I think itís probably one of those Ďevolution, not revolutioní situations. A few new bodies needed, everyone else needs to press reset and re-learn the basics (like how to take a throw-in). A clear week is probably a good thing.
