    or he realises that they're limited in what they can produce at this level and therefore being harsh wouldn't achieve anything?

    He'll know the weaknesses and areas we need to improve in, it'll just take him time to get players in to fill those gaps.

    After all he's achieved with County, let's trust him to get this right and avoid getting on his back as he does his job.
