The reason that we resisted buying Season Tickets this season was as a result of the Clubs reluctance to share their ambitions with us, continually play the austerity card and continue to pay off those responsible for putting us here in the first place of which there are many.
Our home attendances last season averaged over 4000 and 5000 for the latter part. We had runs in cup competitions that were supposedly profitable and sold a player for money. If Twitter is anything to go by our Commercial Income is at an all time high.
So why is there an assumption that we haven't got a pot to #### in? Because the Board don't provide the Manager with funds to keep us competitive? Because they tell us bugger all about where we are and where we stand. Just how many years do non disclosure agreements stand?
I appreciate we have a wage structure however does that equate to paying every player the same?
Salford and Fylde etc have inflated wages over the last couple of years. IMO we either join the game or continue to have our limits which will see us competitive albeit at a lower level.
