Agree about Mulhern against a big defender. Unfortunately this league will be full of them and they'll be clever ones at that.
I do feel I watch a different game sometimes, as Mulhern in the number 9 role is still a concern to me. We go long far too often and his first touch regularly fails him, making his life very difficult in trying to hold the ball up. Coupled with the fact he doesn't seem to get the support in terms of anyone gambling on him winning the ball and running behind.
Barrow were so quick going forward, mainly on the deck too. They were far from a good side. But I'd like to see a bit of their counter style in our play too.
