Those that don't have access to a laptop, tablet, computer, or suitable mobile phone can queue up at the ticket office like they have done for the vast majority of the 25 years I've been going to County.
This period when we had cash turnstiles in non-League was the aberration. People were fine doing that for 20 or 30 years when we were in the League.
I'll agree work needs to be done explaining to people how easy it is and how to do it - perhaps some WikiHow type videos. And there are certain things to improve on technically like being able to do it all direct from app.
But overall it is, and should be, piss easy, and the payment method of choice for the overwhelming majority of fans.
If these things are looked into and it's communicated more clearly that it's buy online or go to the ticket office then I don't have an issue.
And if online sales increase will mean considerably smaller ticket office queues for those who have to/choose to buy tickets that way.
