Is there any alternative to using PayPal?

My account was hacked about 4 years ago and although they sorted it out at the time they shut it down about 6 months later for "irregular use."

I only used it to buy lottery tickets for a syndicate but they gave me no right to reply.

I've used Google Pay since then which is so much better.
