However unlike clubs like Leipzig and Salzburg, Red Bull do not own Ujpest and there is no plan to rebrand. Their involvement is more similar to their involvement with Leeds United where they are a strategic minority investor.

That is not to say a rebrand won't happen in future but not imminent, although who knows what the recent seismic change in Hungarian politics will lead to.
