We look more and more like a Rusk team imo,we are so slow in possession it seems like we want to give the opposition time to get organised before we start to move the ball forward.
We have been quite poor this season compared to last and yet still remain in with a chance of promotion.
We look less like a team and more like a bunch of individuals, we don’t have the players to play the way we do and DC only plays one way, our recruitment has been very hit and miss and we lack leadership and character when things go badly, we would struggle in the championship imho.
A lot of money has been spent and we risk falling behind Mark Stott’s targets and there is little sentiment when such money is being spent.
Whilst it is sad to see anyone lose their job and I was very much in favour of JG going, this season whilst it is not going to end in relegation has just a hint of DC’s last season at Fylde.
