In the last few days, a routine visit to the Wrexham Maelor Hospital for the Boss, saw me dutifully press the hand cleanser unit on the wall.
'That's empty and we are not allowed to fill it' I was told. After a quizzical look back came ... 'At weekends they come in, knock them off the walls and drink the cleanser. It contains alcohol.'
