I agree with you on all points Irish...although today showed me that Norwood is more than our Star player, he is the lynch pin that makes the team actually function.

It struck me today that the players quickly need to understand how they play together, without Ollie Norwood. If we can figure that out we will be okay...if not we may start to slip
