Yes, and I was told that it was not themselves but a third party . I replied , NO my contract is with them not someone who I have never heard of .She said she would get someone to ring me but that is not going to happen is it . It is not the money it is the prinicpal I have paid for a service that i did not receive not only me but probably a lot more
