Currently, we're supposed to give 200 covered seats to the away fans, as part of the 10% allocation we must give.

Away teams can forego those seats, but if they insist then currently we have to give the away fans at least a block of the Popside to meet that obligation.

A roof on the Railway allows us to meet that obligation and give the entire Popside to home fans.
