Stockport County Supporters Messageboard: County introduce loyalty point system

"Stockport County is excited to announce the introduction of a new loyalty point ticketing scheme for all supporters, starting with the 2025/26 season!

This new initiative is now live and connected to your online ticketing accounts, designed to reward our dedicated fanbase. The scheme allows you to accumulate loyalty points by attending both home and away matches. These points will then grant you priority access to purchasing away tickets, especially for games with limited allocations.

With County regularly backed on the road by a large travelling contingent, the Club are committed to creating a fairer system for purchasing sought-after away tickets, prioritising those who regularly attend matches home and away.

How It Works:

Beginning with our trip to Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday, August 9th, when away tickets go on sale, supporters with the most loyalty points will receive priority access. Please note, if an allocation is large enough to meet expected demand, the Club may opt to go straight to general sale.

Your loyalty points will be stored via your account with our new ticketing provider, alloc8. To ensure you receive your allocated points, please always use the same individual ticketing account when purchasing tickets.

Please note, we are unable to backdate points from previous seasons due to limitations with our former ticket provider's data.

Earning Points

Here's how you can earn loyalty points:

2025/26 Season Ticket Holders: Automatically receive 275 points, guaranteeing you priority window access for purchasing tickets.

My County Memberships: Sign up for a My County Membership (details coming soon!) to receive 50 points.

Home Match Tickets:

- Tuesday fixtures: 10 points

- Saturday fixtures: 5 points (Cat B) / 10 points (Cat A)

Away Match Tickets: Points will be decided on a match-by-match basis depending on the profile of the game, typically 15 points or 20 points.

- Midweek Match Incentive: Extra points will be given for attending midweek away matches, to further reward our passionate away fans who travel to support County up and down the country.

Important Note: If you are purchasing multiple tickets for supporters linked to your account through Friends & Family, your own account will only receive the points for the ticket allocated to yourself. Your friends and family will still receive their loyalty points if you purchase on their behalf.
