Thanks Coop for this. Those stadium costs are eye watering. Unfortunately we have three stands that desperately need upgrading. I don’t know what the answer is but spending 75 million to upgrade EP is frightening. We can’t keep ignoring the problem though. The RE is awful with no facilities and puts off the most committed of supporters from using that stand.

Also to add : To spend that much money on stands used every two weeks seems bonkers. It would make sense to have some additional facilities that generate money for the club seven days a week.
