Referee for Wednesday is James Bell, he's refereed the majority of his games in the Championship over the last few seasons so hopefully he'll be able to deal with the pressure and be a big an improvement on Speedie (although that's not that hard!)

He hasn't refereed either of us or Leyton Orient this season but he did referee us a few times back in the Vanarama years.
