The manager makes substitutions based on what he sees in a game, along with what he has seen in training and what he knows about the players personality, somebody who has only seen a few minutes of a player and has never worked with him in training and doesn’t know if he is “ready” cant possibly know if he will be the one to change the game. I trust D.C. to make decisions on the football side of County, yes, fans will always call for x,y or z but they aren’t in a position to do so accurately, it is just a wild guess, when we get a corner a group of people who sit around us in the main stand for a bit of fun shout out who and where from we will score from, a few games back I went out of the box and shouted Macca back post, and what did macca do, yes of course.
