If that's the position you want to take then so be it, but bear in mind, I can see the posting logs and what IP addresses relate to what posts.

Your post wasn't edited (as, like I say, it would say so on the post) and was posted by your account using the same IP address as later posts from you denying posting it.

I understand why you'd want to save face in this situation and I don't believe you intended on posting such a thing on here, but at the end of the day, you have and this is down to nobody else other than yourself.
