I've been talking to a football league coach today about why teams are playing out from the back,and his answer was about this rule about heading the ball,I've heard about it in junior football and academy football and 1st teams training.
He says that's why teams are playing out from the back along the floor more because of these rules and it's how football is going at the moment.
