How about a bit of America's Cup yacht racing to watch?

More like aircraft than yachts to be fair but the technology involved is incredible. How can a boat so big and heavy be lifted out of the water by a small aerofoil?

By the way the little heads bobbing around on either side are international class cyclist generating power for the boat to lift the arms in and out of the water. It really is incredible.

Oh and team GB are pretty good at it.
