I've just spoken to the ticket office as I re eleven an email on Monday saying I can pick up my hard copy season ticket on Saturday but I would need to delete my season ticket from my Google wallet and reinstall. I wanted to check that it was from County and not a phishing email.
The upshot is that is is genuine and if you have an android phone your Google wallet should update automatically( it should read 10th May on the QR code). If you have an IPhone then you will need to manually update as per the email.
