The bag thing was the final straw tbh.

An ex-colleague I spoke to who's a Leicester fan said he took a bag with a butty box and a drink in and was told he was going to have to leave it at the 'bag depot' as it was too big. So he had to leave the queue, hunt around for the 'depot' and then drop the bag. He then had to toddle off there at the end of the game to collect it only to find it wasn't there. As he waited while they searched, he could hear much hilarity in the background but still no bag.
