Dave has been County through and through since before I first started going over 45 years ago, never missed a trip.
Always made me laugh from his participation in ‘early doors’ card games in The Greyhound (arguing with The Captain over him paying up with a pile of 1/2 p’s)…to his superbly belligerent speech at his 65th Birthday bash in the Spinning Top (he begrudgingly took the cake home eventually!)
