Not sure whether we would get multiple millions, but I would have thought Collar is worth £800k to £1m?

I hope we follow Rochdale's model, when they were doing well. They typically wrote 20% sell on clauses into the contracts and 5% clauses when they've been sold for the second time. It paid big dividends for them.
