Football is one of those professions where complete failure doesn't seem to matter. Managers both good and useless just seem to get recycled between clubs. Rusk first fails miserably at a non-league club and then in a backwater like Scotland (without winning one game I believe) and his prize for failure is a job in the England setup. It's farcical.
