Looks like spending caps have been kept very open and flexible in leagues 1 and 2. Commercial sponsorship and equity conversion is fine, just as long as loans aren't used.

I think we will have a sizeable budget next season.

I'd expect season ticket & gate money to bring in circa £1.4m, we would get Football League funding worth worth at least £1.2m, C&B / hospitality must generate at least 500k to turnover (it was worth £1m at it's peak around 2003 and I see no reason why it cannot return to those levels). No idea what VITA's sponsorship is worth.
