Why does he have to know the exact reason to think it a big mistake? In life you form opinions on what you know and what you infer from what you see. The club chose to tell us nothing so we have to make up our own minds. For some of us, Jim was doing a great job and was got rid of for no good reason. On that basis, and until you or anyone else can provide evidence to the contrary, we can make up our our minds on what we observe. For some of us the conclusion is that it was a terrible decision.
