Question where the advice is coming from, and it can only be from those working full time at the Club. My own view is that the model of a DoF and a manager was never, ever going to work with JG in the latter role. And sadly the inevitable has occurred.

Malleable youth coaches looking to take a step up are a far better fit for what has been put in place.
