Jim has never made a secret about expecting the highest standards of everyone at the club, especially the players. If all the players bought into that philosophy and culture then I believe we would be better off. Jim’s record speaks for itself and I will always be eternally grateful and thankful for him being a County.
The club is a worse place without him IMO.
