Not someone with FIFA pro coaching license who knows how he wants the game to be played. Not someone who wants players to be able to adapt to different formations, maybe withing the same game (god forbid). Not someone who places discipline as a top priority. Need I go on.
We will get someone who plays to a set formation (that the owner wants), win, lose or draw.
