It's a good thing for the Conservatives. They can't really lose on Brexit now. If it doesn't work out they'll just blame Covid.

And for Covid, they'll just blame the scientists, and the NHS. Note how they already systematically call Track and Trace "NHS Track and Trace".

All calculated. All planned. They'll throw everyone else under the bus to save themselves.

And those who voted for them will say "how bad would it have been if the other lot got in".

Politics in this country is so simple if you're a Conservative. You just have an endless supply of either really comfortable and well off people. Or people who are as thick as two short planks.
