I get all my meat from a local butcher who also owns the farm the animals are kept on.
Any bacon from the Cheshire smoke house, all locally cured.
I avoid takeaways and havenít had a KFC or McD etc in 20 years.
Itís more who has cooked them and in what than the food itself..
I also avoid all "ready made" processed meals and takeaways. If I go "Indian" I choose lamb chops.
Fish I couldnít do without though, especially herring.
Cheese I couldnít live without.
I have every respect for those who disagree with me but whilst itís there and I still have my own teeth meat will continue to be eaten.
