There's absolutely nothing wrong in weeding out those who aren't delivering or buying into the values you've got. In football the team is bigger than the individual, whoever they are. I think it's a question of how you get there and also about how much compromise you make to get players to change.
As I say, I think we're all talking in the dark a bit here because none of us really knows what goes on. And I tend to ignore the ITKers on this matter, in particular. They will generally only have had (or will present) one side of a story, whether it is pro or anti Gannon.
