The structures and work are already in place to promote County in the schools and the community. We just need the new owners to buy in to that work, continue their support - and back it up with a good product on the field.

Investment wise, they've got to look at the team as a priority.

Off the field, I'd say the Cheadle End lounges / suites and the whole corporate side of the business needs to be sorted urgently. They are very close to the point where Edgeley Park is no longer a suitable venue for Corporate, Weddings, Proms etc. The facility is badly run down and the toilets are not fit for purpose.

And they need to bring catering back in house ASAP.
