Well, you might still get rear-ended. Individual experiences may vary : ) I think itís used less now. Even if not initially, however, then a high PSA will likely see you having a biopsy advised, which does need an exploration in the region of the fundament. Absolutely worth getting the PSA test in the first place, though.
In the same area, so to speak - a colonoscopy is a good idea if youíre 50 plus. Sounds awful but my experience was absolutely fine thanks to a lovely anasthetic knocking me out. The prep through the previous 24 hours was worse - if I tell you it involved fasting and about eight gallons of various laxatives, youíll get the picture.
I find a duck's opinion of me is very much influenced by whether or not I have bread.
