My circumstances are that I'm now an official resident of Spain. I have a Spanish drivers licence and a health care card that means I get access to the public health care system in Andalucia (which I'm finding to be absolutely fantastic by the way.) I can't think of a single thing or reason as to why I might one day have to return to Britain. I will die in Spain (hopefully) and when I do, a tiny part of Spain will be forever Stockport.
As for your plans to go and live in Germany, I see no reason at all why you won't get your wish. I won't pretend I fully understand everything about Brexit except I remain convinced that it will prove disastrous for Britain if it happens but I don't think it will happen. That's purely my view (& my hope.)
Back to my point, providing you do things legally, you are free to move and live anywhere you like and, if it's right for you, do it.
I did and, after just having spent a week in England, I don't regret doing it one iota and wild horses will never bring me back to the septic isle of my birth.
