His main problem for me was that when he had too much time to think about what to do he often made the wrong decision. He'd have chance after chance yet not capitalise on it enough. Luis Suarez was the same when he first went to Liverpool for his first season, then all of a sudden all of those half-chances turned into goals and he was unstoppable. Sterling's now putting those half-chances away.
I don't think his talent was ever in doubt but more whether he'd fulfill it but he's doing that and then some.
