For me, the structure weíve got isnít up to scratch, whether weíre winning or not, and I agree we need to be better funded and stop trying to do everything by half-measure.
Thatís separate to us being poor on the pitch at the moment though. We have the talent to be doing better than we are. Today was poor on its own merits, not because of the depth of Richard Parkís pockets. And for the sake of credibility, I think itís important we recognise that.
I trust JG to get it right, but I think heís made mistakes this season. Likewise, I look at players like Keane, Hinchliffe, Walker and Turnbull, who were all stalwarts of a championship season, and yet have been poor with some regularity this time around. Of course itís all connected to the resources we have, but itís not as simple as some people make out. Sometimes weíre shit because weíre shit, with no deeper explanation.
