Since about the 3rd or 4th grade, I have wonderful memories of my parents playing records, often with Jim Reeve's voice in the County mix that filled our little house in the early 60's in New Egypt, New Jersey.
Over the years, Jim has become my favorite singer. I am 57 and I have collected most of his records and play them often in my shop while working. I recorded the records into a MP3 format to list on my MP3 as well. His voice, the stories he told and memories his songs help create for me are priceless. I never tire of listing to his music. He was gifted.
