Has the "Dual Process" gone by the way side nowadays?
Long ago, it was common for many to first use a Rotary over the carpeted areas, followed by a Rinse using a HWE. The belief here was simple: Using Mechanical Action to help break down surface tension helped to thoroughly clean fibers and release any grim held in the material.
Has this become "History"? Or, is Old, now New?
