What type of "Ooops" have or did you ever experience while on location cleaning?
Example: Finding unexpected toys under the bed, walking in on someone sleeping, accidentally breaking an item, or vacuuming up a item or etc?
I remember one customer looking for their Gerbil who got away from his cage. While the carpet cleaner was rolling up his vacuum hose,..Ploop, it cam rolling out the the end!
What a way to go!
