I wonder how many Professional cleaners use a dual system cleaning on the job. To be more specific, do they pre-treat; pre-scrub using mechanical action, then flush the fibers using an water extraction system.
Reason I ask is that I have witnessed the absolute worst greasy carpets come so darn clean using a dual system of attack. Takes more time, but.....
