The other day, he mentioned (and I'll offer a quick overview) that as he has gotten on in life, he truly enjoys the cleaning results and satisfactions a long with the customer contacts that the money has not become the most important factor. In other words, doing a superior job, helping the customer, & doing it right is more important.
He's right too. I guess it comes from "AGE"!
I know every young cleaner out there would agree that doing a "superior job" is important after all, that is what they are told, however, as I have grown older myself, doing a superior job is defined as not taking any short-cuts; putting your heart and sole into each and every job, leaving happy and content. It is no wonder Lord JB has been such a positive individual over the last 20+ years I have known him.
But, I have witnessed in our industry, that many do take short-cuts and perhaps view it as "a job", rather than taking "personal interest" as both JB and myself do.
Hummm. I think the mold was broken when he was born!
