What was troubling to me was a comment he made when he told me how busy he has been and that he has had to "cut a few corners" to complete his jobs, etc..."
I immediately thought about his lack of "Ethics"; or lack there of!
My opinion from what I have learned over the past 40+ years has been simply this: "DO it right the first time to help eliminate a possible second time" In other words, a true Professional does it right and does not and will not skip corners period. And, why would you? Would you expect a Surgeon (Doctor) to "skip corners" in the operation room? Hell no!
For a few reading this, never forget what I mentioned above. Create a great experience and results for your customer(s) and they'll be your best salesperson you'll ever have!
