Using Wetpac as a known standard, I preferred the 4 jet 1.75" model for use with my Jaguar 6.6. It's a bit heavier than the twin jet. I also have a Westpac twin jet and didn't like it at all when used with my Jaguar.
Also had a Westpac 4 jet/2"/14" Titanium wand. Really light but I hated using it. Performed well with my Jaguar 6.6 though. I ended up being quite selective about when and where I used it.
And now I'll contradict myself. The twin jet is definitely the better performer on my Jaguar Cub but, strangely, I also enjoy using this wand/Cub combination. The 4 jet just doesn't feel right to me on the Cub.
I've always said that wands, and hand tools, are a personal choice. What works for one person doesn't work for another. That seems obvious to most of us as we're all different heights, weights and of different physical proportions. Amazingly there are lots of technicians who will choose a wand based on the aesthetics and price rather than the design and engineering.
There's nowt as queer as folk I hope that translates OK into American
