I am amazed when most of the individuals whom walk in here, wear torn jeans, etc..., (dirty) untied work boots, and baseball hats.
My gosh, are you kidding me?! And many times we hear from these people complaining about the "low baller" competition. Yet, they look like they've been digging ditches rather than professionally cleaning carpeting! I will never forget one operator walking into our showroom with contractor boots unlaced and very muddy. He left a trail of mud from the front door all the way to the front greeting desk!
What a presentation, and I think this is one very important aspect that every seminar out there should cover because it could be as important as trying to take a spot out of a carpet!
