I remember prior to the popularity of the net, that many supply company's offered these learning (of course, most were for their own sales, etc..agendas, but...)classes. IMHO, the only one which I would consider a Legitimate Educational Class room would be available in the UK (by SOLUTIONS, Cornwall) directed by Ken Wainwright, a real and true "professor of cleaning". Mr. Wainwright offers very detailed information and problem solving techniques and processes.
However, here in the States, I honestly couldn't mention any particular company/location, period.
It sometimes seem that most here when they decide to go into this Industry, they grab a pail and a brush and a business card printed on toilet paper and cut so many corners that they always remain ignorant in many regards. This is sometimes evident by what I read as their opinions on a particular board, or two. Truly unbelievable.
What do you think?
