Bad Knee Carpet Cleaners

The knee kicker is painful especially if you're a clown and believe you can properly stretch in a carpet to standards. I use it only for bumping up a patch or holding in my work. Years ago I got a harbor Frieght stretcher for $49.95, great for tight spaces. My female tech has more testosterone than I do and broke the handle. Sure, it was a blessing in disguise so I bought another. I took the old claw head without the broken handle and joined it to the other end of the new. So it's about a 2 1/2' tool with 2 heads. Gets about a good 1-2" stretch. It's a great kneeless stretcher. Instead of a knee kicker for an assist tool when power stretching this saves my knees. Bumping up a transition it shines. The POS really as a stretcher does an outstanding job on those rippled stair steps where the installer didn't install or stretch it in on the port or starboard sides. Sure a $100 bucks total spent, yes, an American made kneeless stretcher for $400-$500 is better, chinese pot metal sucks. I'm thankful for this POS ever day. Tried to do some kicking today after using this for a few years, I'm a pussy now, it hurts.
